You will also be the first to hear about important updates for your installation and receive enhanced troubleshooting assistance.

The registration process consists of four steps, in which you provide:

• Your installation details (You need your MAC address and serial number on your connected controller or smart hub.)
• Your personal details
• Your login details
• Confirmation of your communication settings

You complete the registration by verifying your e-mail address via the e-mail sent to your mailbox.
